At present, we only set up sea warehouses in UAE, United States, Canada and Germany. If your location is within this distribution range, it will be sent directly from overseas warehouses. If it is not within the delivery range of these warehouses, the product will be sent from the Chinese factory.

The working voltage of Skylight is 100-240V, so it will work no matter your country is 110V, 220V or 240V.
Skylight’s IP rating is IP54, so it can be installed in wet rooms such as bathrooms, including above showers.
It’s a smart light, and you can set this automation to your liking. And its programming is very simple.
Its working principle is called Rayleigh scattering effect, that is, the blue band in white light is trapped in the nano-scattering plate, making the originally transparent nano-scattering plate turn blue, while the light passing through the nano-scattering plate is white. So although it looks blue, it will not cause blue light damage.
Problems in use
The way to reset the skylight is to turn off the light for 10 seconds, turn on the light for 2 second, turn off the light for 10 seconds, turn on the light for 2 second, repeat 5 times and see yellow and blue alternately flashing quickly, indicating that the skylight has been reset successfully. (Note that turning off/on lights refers to a physical power outage, not an app or a command on the dimmer to turn on or turn off the lights)
Smart dimmers communicate with Skylight via Bluetooth, so one smart dimmer can control an infinite number of skylights. But you need to bind the smart dimmer with Skylight in the App. It should be noted that the maximum power of the dimmer is 220W, please do not connect multiple skylights in series with the dimmer.
- All our Skylight work with 2.4G internet only. Please set a different SSID for the 2.4G Wi-Fi and 5G Wi-Fi if you have a dual-band router.
- Type in the correct Wi-Fi password. Make sure there is no space in the last character, and no special settings(eg. Mac address filtering) on your router.
